As a Personal Caregiver/Homemaker or Companion/Homemaker your overall responsibility will be to develop caring and trusting relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction, safety and well-being while assisting them with routine non-medical activities of living. Specific duties include:
Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care) -Companionship- Light housekeeping - Meal planning and preparation -Laundry -Medication reminders -Transportation and errands -Bathing and dressing supervision
As a Child Caregiver, your overall responsibility will be to ensure the safety, well-being and contentment of the children entrusted to your care. Specific duties include:
-Child care and activities specific to the individual child -Toileting and diapering -Companionship -Light housekeeping -Meal planning and preparation -Laundry -Bathing and dressing supervision
As a Housekeeper, your overall responsibility will be to accomplish requested housekeeping tasks with the utmost care and efficiency, with minimal disruption to the client.
Requirements Include:
1. Current Driver’s License and motor vehicle insurance
2. Safe driving history record
3. Safe, reliable transportation
4. Must be willing to undergo criminal background and driving record checks and have acceptable findings
5. At least one year of recent, verifiable related work experience
6. Must be able to clearly speak, read, write and understand the English language
7. Must be committed to providing excellent service to all CareTrak clients
Minimum credentials for Personal Caregiver/Homemaker: Certified Nurse Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Personal Care Assistant/Homemaker
