Kathy Kring RN, BSN, MSN, the president and care director, is an experienced licensed RN. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Lowell. She holds an MSN in nursing administration from the same institution and has both clinical and managerial experience in nursing areas, including 20 years of home care experience.
Pat Nickles, Kathy's sister, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Lowell and earned the professional designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). She has 25 years experience in Human Resources management and administration, with primary expertise in operations, employee benefits and insurance.
Both women have a firsthand appreciation for home care needs. They provided in-home care for their sick and aging parents and relatives and did volunteer work at a local homeless shelter and nursing homes.
