This service utilizes telephone and internet technology to communicate with the client via pre-scheduled, automated phone calls when the client is at home alone. For example, we can check-in to be sure you are OK or remind you to take your medication. A unique message can also be programmed to fit the client’s situation. This service is an effective tool when used to supplement CareTrak’s home visits, but can also be used alone depending upon your level of need and financial situation.   1. Calls are programmed to be sent to you on the dates and times you designate-24/7.
  2. Easy "one telephone key" response system enables the client to respond to incoming calls.
  3. If your response is incorrect or you fail to respond to the call, the automatic call forwarding feature can connect the call to a person you designate; that person will be able to follow up with you and, if necessary, get you assistance.
  4. Option to personalize calls using the voice of a family member or friend at no extra cost
  5. Pricing includes one escalation level call per week (up to 3 minutes duration).
  6. Going out of town? Calls can be made anywhere in the US.
